Position summary: This is an entry-level position, where the ideal candidate will support the development and articulate a vision on how to optimize our company’s business intelligence landscape, supporting key data domains and driving the business value of enterprise data, to ensure coordination and optimization across enterprise platforms (SAP & Power BI).
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards.
- Create reporting and analytic models, using Power BI for process monitoring and data qualityassessments (accuracy, completeness, reliability and relevance).
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their needs and translate theserequirements into effective data driven solutions.
- Provide support and training to business users to ensure adoption and effective use of BIsolutions.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and useful insights for stakeholders.
- Create visually appealing and informative reports, dashboards and presentations, thateffectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Regularly present findings to Heads of departments, explaining the implications and potentialimpact on business strategies.
- Assist in post-implementation continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance andprovide increased functionality.
Education and/or competencies requirements
- Bachelor and/or master’s degree with database, data structure, or architecture background orequivalent related work experience, that provides in-depth knowledge and exposure to datamanagement.
- Analytical skills and autonomy in developing and maintaining Power BI Dashboards.
- Technical skills will include knowledge of what applications exist in the environment and whatsort of data each system needs and stores.
- Knowledge of SQL database.
- Italian mother tongue or B2 Italian level.
- B2 English level knowledge.
- Preliminary knowledge of data warehousing.
- Practical competence with one or more business intelligence and reporting tools (MicrosoftPower BI and/or SAP).
- Proficiency in using major software applications, particularly Microsoft Office, with a specificfocus on Excel and Access.

- Initial full-time fixed-term contract.
