Windows installation instructions:

1) Download the zipped file;

2) Extract all files from the zipped folder by right-clicking and choosing "extract all";

3) Open the eDTR folder, and double-click setup;

4) A pop-up box will appear, click "Run," and then follow the Setup Wizard to register your eDTR software.
