Release of New Swagelok® Process Regulators - 01.05.2024

Swagelok is pleased to announce the release of new Swagelok® process regulators. This new product offering will replace the equivalent RHPS regulators with improved performance, safety, maintenance and options.

Product Overview

• Replaces most of the RHPS regulators, with improved performance, safety, maintenance, and options
• Offered in sizes 1/2 inch to 1-1/2 inch, with various configurations such as spring loaded, dome loaded, ratio, and back pressure
• Increased temperature and pressure ranges, up to 356 °F (180 °C), and up to 6000 PSI (413 bar), depending on the model and seal selection
• More robust and durable design, with a modular and patent pending concept, NACE compliant materials, improved stem threads, poppet and seat designs, and a tamper proof handle option
• New service kit approach, with a skin-packed placard that shows the O-rings, their locations, and a QR code that links to the service instructions.
